Following the release of workout 4 we had feedback from the masters 45+ community that some of the weights and movements were scaled to an excessive degree. Having reviewed statistics from the qualifiers we have made the following changes:

Workout 1 will now be the same for both the 40-44 category and the 45+ category for both men and women.

Workout 4 will now be the same for the men in the 40-44 and 45+ categories. 45+ women will do 3-2-1 ring dips for muscle-ups, since only 2 of the women in the field demonstrated the ability to complete muscle-ups in the qualifier.
