The Athlete Games Finals WOD 5 - Snatch Ladder

INDIVIDUALS \ MASTERS 35-39
Athletes will have 50 seconds to snatch each weight in the order set out below. There will be a 10 second transition between each lift.
1. 80/45kg
2. 85/50kg
3. 90/55kg
4. 95/60kg
5. 100/65kg
6. 102.5/67.5kg
7. 105/70kg
8. 107.5/72.5kg
9. 110/75kg
10. any weight/any weight

MASTERS 40-44 \ MASTERS 45+
Athletes will have 50 seconds to snatch each weight in the order set out below. There will be a 10 second transition between each lift.
1. 70/30kg
2. 75/35kg
3. 80/40kg
4. 85/45kg
5. 90/50kg
6. 92.5/52.5kg
7. 95/55kg
8. 97.5/57.5kg
9. 100/60kg
10. any weight/any weight

The athlete may have as many attempts as they like at each lift.
If an athlete misses a lift they do not progress to the next platform.
Score is highest weight lifted

There will be an athlete cut following this workout, the top 40 individuals, the top 10 masters 35-39 and the top 5 masters 40-44 and masters 45+ in each division and of each gender will progress to compete in workout 6.
