MASTERS 40-44
For time:
3 handstand walks
6 bar muscle-ups
2 laps farmer carry 2x30/2x20

MASTERS 45+
For time:
2 Handstand walks
6 bar muscle ups (male)/12 C2B pull-ups (female)
2 Laps farmer carry 2x30/2x20

There will be a 10 minute time cap on this workout
There will be an athlete cut following this workout, the top 10 individuals of each gender and top 5 master in each division and of each gender will progress to the final workout.
