General Tips for workout and video submissions from our head judge:
Set up a camera fully charged or plugged in with your timer and your loaded barbell in the frame.
Ideally you would set it up in a 45 degree angle to the rig with the barbell in front of the rig so C2B and GTOH are easily visible.
Block off the area you’re working in so nobody can block the view on your performance.
You have to show the respective weight on the barbell before you start the workout. Set the clock to run up.
At 3-2-1-GO you can jump up to your pull-up bar.
The Athlete starts the workout on 3-2-1-GO with 21 chest-to-bar pull-up (Masters: pull-up) followed by 9 ground-to-overhead, 15 C2B, 6 GTOH, 9 C2B, 3 GTOH.
The score will be the time it took the athlete to complete the workout (when the last GTOH is locked out). NO TIME CAP.
Read this carefully. What is not stated will not be judged!
C2B: Athlete hanging with full extension to chest (collar bone or below) making clear physical contact with the bar.
GTOH: Barbell needs to go from the floor (for every rep) to the overhead position (full extension in knees, hips, shoulders, elbows aka barbell in one straight line with the body) in any fashion.
